LeeCorp Homes hosting 2010 model opening event

LeeCorp Homes Inc. is hosting a grand opening of the 2010 Jacobsen Home models on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at its model center, 20251 U.S. 41 S., Estero.
Six furnished double- and single-wide models will be available for viewing. The one-, two- and three-bedroom models range from 498-square-foot park models to more than 1,600-square-foot manufactured homes.
Special pricing for any manufactured home purchase will be available on Saturday only. Savings of up to $30,000 on models, plus special pricing on custom ordered new homes will be available.
LeeCorp Homes is also offering a clearance sale of the remaining two 2009 Jacobsen models, as well as model clearance sales at three other communities where LeeCorp offers homes. These include Tall Oaks of Naples, Caribbean Park in Naples and Country Lakes in Fort Myers.
