I have a sub zero refrigerator model 561 temp in fridge goes from 32 to 50 deg.?

it has a new compressor ,evaperator and a brace cold controls have been tried. Nothing has changed. There are no leaks. Any ideas?

Hmm who did the mending. Anytime you have varying temps its usually the cold management (board or thermostat) any freon leak and the unit basically stops cooling. I about you need to have the control board and or thermostat checked again..sometimes you can get a bad part out of the box...

I have an old Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer 211 ... - JustAnswer

I have an old Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer 211 RFD built into a place in the caboose. The more recent capital letters refrigerator allot is working amusing (belittle 40 degrees) but the freezer slot temperature is in the later 60's. I have installed a new freezer door gasket and fan. How do I get the freezer working again? Any advice would be most welcome.
