Every since I purchased this bottom freezer refrigerator in June 2007, the vegetables and fruits have remained solid frozen in the bins. There has been so far 4 Sears technicans who have come to my house and have said 'the design is fine, adjust the temperature'. I have tried everything, but the vegetables and fruits remain frozen solid. Any advice and help will be hugely appreciated
