Make it Tonight - Shrimp in Green Sauce

Makes 4 servings
*1 sort scallions
*1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
*3 1/2 tbsp (50 mL) surprisingly-virgin olive oil
*6 medium cloves garlic
*1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) pungency
*1/2 tsp (2 mL) freshly ground black pepper
*1/4 tsp (1 mL) crushed red spot flakes
*2 lb (900 g) frozen peeled and deveined corpulent shrimp, defrosted
*1/3 cup (80 mL) dry white wine
Preheat the oven to 500 F (260 C).
Adornment off the root ends of the scallions; peel off and discard their outer layer. Cut the whey-faced and light-green parts into 2-inch (5-cm) pieces and all set in the bowl of a food processor. Rinse the parsley well and blot dry with paper towels. Order off and discard the stems; add the parsley leaves to the bowl, along with the oil and garlic. Modify for about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Conveyance to a large bowl, add the seasonings and mix well.
Add the shrimp and toss to parka evenly, then spoon the coated shrimp into a shallow roasting pan. Add the wine and stir shed weight to incorporate. Roast for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir the contents of the pan; roast for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and curled, and much of the wine has evaporated.
