The New Jersey Food Processors Cooperative’s Annual Conference on January 21 has fatigued a record number of registrations and attracted double the slues of exhibitors than in previous years. The 21 exhibitors catalogue local, statewide, national and international food industry-associated organizations. The meeting, “State and Federal Partners to Step up New Jersey’s Food Industry,” will provide networking and academic opportunities for New Jersey companies representing all facets of the food processing production.
“This year will be our best-attended annual conference in the organization’s intelligence,” said Lou Cooperhouse, president-elect of the NJFPA, and conductor of the Rutgers Food Innovation Center. “More and more food processors are realizing that the New Jersey Food Processors Tie is looking out for the best interests of the industry, and vendors are realizing that this conjunction is the best place to make contact with food processing businesses in New Jersey.”
